"This is the best fish ( Alaskan Cod) and chips in town. The batter is not too sweet, bitter, crunchy, or flaky. It's just right. The meat portion is thick and tender. He's at a new spot every day since he has a mobile trailer in which he cooks out of. However he still has a loyal following of customers. His generous portion of fries and thick, meaty Alaskan cod make sure that the money you spend will leave you full. I look forward to returning for some more fish and chips soon!"

Traveling to Scotland and eating traditional Fish and Chips there on a daily basis created a real taste for the traditional preparation of this meal. I have not found anything close in the Treasure Valley so we wanted to bring it home for you to enjoy!
